In this Learning Activity, I want you to think like a scientist who is running a business experiment requiring two parts, a control group and a mechanism for feedback.
In no less than 500 words, design an experiment for gathering customer feedback, analyzing that data, and making a market decision based on the observed data. You will be assessed on your approach to the experimentation and the details you provide. The objective is to get you to think about experimentation design in your own organization.
