Effective Note-Taking: I will improve at taking brief, pertinent notes when listening to lectures, talks, or conversations. This will make arranging and recalling important information more accessible and spot trends in the speaker’s communication style.

Practice Empathetic Listening: I will strive to imagine myself in the speaker’s position as I listen, trying to comprehend their viewpoint, emotions, and motives. This will improve my capacity to relate to various audience members and help me engage with the speaker more deeply.
