CIMA-0705 Today’s Educational Leaders
ANSWER
Here’s how to structure your final project paper utilizing the reflective inquiry paradigm “What, So What, and Now What?” based on the course objectives.
Final Project Debrief: Identifying What? – What did you learn from the class?
Throughout this course, I obtained a thorough awareness of today’s educational leadership landscape, with a focus on critical issues such as leadership theories, organizational management, and strategic planning in educational settings. I expanded my understanding of leadership styles and their application in creating effective educational environments. Furthermore, I learnt about the value of ethical leadership and how it affects business culture and student results.
Understanding (So what?) – Why was this content relevant to your career?
This material is critical to furthering my career in educational leadership. Understanding multiple leadership theories and their practical ramifications allows me to efficiently navigate difficult educational situations. Ethical leadership insights learned from the course are especially important since they drive decision-making processes that promote integrity and a strong school culture. Strategic planning principles have provided me with tools to drive long-term change and innovation in educational institutions, hence increasing student engagement and achievement.
Planning (Now what?) – How do you intend to put any of the information we’ve discussed into action?
Moving forward, I intend to apply the leadership theories and tactics I’ve learned in this course by first performing a thorough examination of my educational institution’s present leadership practices.

CIMA-0705 Today’s Educational Leaders
For this final project/paper for this course, please write up a formal debrief from this course. We will use the reflective questioning model, “What, So what, and Now what?” This is a common debrief framework we use in healthcare simulation, and you may have encountered it before. Using the objectives of this course, for each main question compose an essay response with a minimum of 150 words each (Identifying, Understanding, Planning) of total of 450 minimum. Please use the following resources below to generate additional prompts, to respond in your own words.
· Identifying (What?) What did you gain from the course?
· Understanding (So what?) Why was this material important for your career?
· Planning (Now what?) What is your plan to implement any of the material we have covered? If you use specific examples, please be sure to cite using APA 7.
