- These issues should be presented in bullet point form for clarity.
3. Situational Analysis (SWOT Analysis):
- Present a SWOT analysis chart or graph that outlines the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide a brief narrative explaining the key points of the SWOT analysis.
4. Strategy Formulation (3-4 paragraphs):
- Explain what the organization must do to achieve its desired outcome.
- Discuss potential strategies that can address the key issues identified.
5. Recommendations:
- Make clear recommendations for or against certain strategies.
- Ensure that your recommendations support a positive outcome for the organization.
6. Implementation Strategies (bullet points):
- List specific steps that must be implemented to ensure the successful execution of the recommended strategies.
7. Benchmarks for Success and Contingency Plans (broken into 4 fictional quarters):
- Provide a timeline divided into four fictional quarters of a year.
- For each quarter, specify major events that should occur to move the project or outcome forward.
