I do believe that I am sleep-deprived due to how busy and awkward my schedule is. First, I work the graveyard shift at my work, so my boy seems to already be at a disadvantage from when I was raised or used to when I was growing up. I usually sleep at about 5 am and get up at about 9 or 10 am. This allows me to run some errands and get some schoolwork done before I go to work which starts at 430pm for me. It is even more inconvenient over the weekend because my work weeks start from Saturday to Tuesday. So getting rest over the weekend is not really happening and get most of my rest during the week, which isn’t a lot. I haven’t been able to come up with a solution to help me sleep more or the regular, but it seems like there is never enough hours in the day.
