I am definitely sleep deprived without a question. I work nights with 3 children at home. while I get home from work, I usually only have 3 hours of sleep. while my husband goes to work during the day, I’m the one who usually dropping and picking up the children from school and activities. on a normal weekend I want to say I usually get 10 hours of sleep. I could feel the difference between my sleep schedule my body trying to sleep in during my weekends. To change my patterns is very hard for me and my family. the only thing i could think of is getting a new job. but that’s a huge change. just hoping I could Finnish school soon so I could get better hours. .
